At Nyagah Mechanical Engineering Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@nyagah.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Time Frame: The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchange Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Perishable Goods: Perishable goods, such as food processing items, cannot be returned.
